Ethanol Policy To Be Discussd At USD

“Emerging Trends in Agricultural Law: The Law and Policy of Ethanol” will be the focus of the South Dakota Law Review’s annual symposium at the University of South Dakota School of Law today.
The merits of producing ethanol will be discussed by a panel, including Steve Halbrook from the U.S. Farm Foundation, agricultural law attorney Mark Murphy Henry, William Taylor from POET Energy and Britt Long of the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation.

The first panel discussion, ethanol law and policy, is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. followed by an afternoon question and answer session from 2 to 4 p.m. dedicated to considerations for further ethanol development. Both panel discussions will be in the School of Law courtroom…
